How do I pick the bearing Stroke Length? If it depends on your "Needle Swing" preference. Most people prefer a longer stroke/swing and get the 4mm. Most people use the 4mm (Shader), 3mm (All Purpose) & 2mm (Liner). If you are unsure check out our sets which include every bearing size.
