Q: Is there an estimated turnaround time?
A: Currently one week from receipt of the device to repair to boxing for return shipping. We ship UPS Ground so it can take 7-10 Business Days after it is picked up by UPS.
*Please note that turnaround time can vary greatly if the device is out of warranty and we have to wait to see if the customer wants to pay the repair fee or not – some people do not respond to email or text so it can take much longer to make the repair.
Q: May I know if there is a contact phone number we can put on the shipping label?
A: If you are asking for the contact number for the US Repair Shop – for when you ship all the broken devices in – that number is 541-408-6183.
Please make sure to include your contact info and sale receipt. Customer will be responsible for shipping to Cheyenne and Cheyenne will be responsible to send it back to you.
